I know that it can be hard to believe that you can move from where you are now to where you want to be, almost as if what I’ve described is too good to be true. I think it is important here to reiterate that this isn’t magic and it isn’t going to happen overnight. It is going to take commitment and hard work but can you imagine how worthwhile it would be to feel even one of the items on the right-hand list above.

How often in our daily lives do we step back and really look where we are headed or where we want to go? Life is busy, I get it. But is part of the problem that it is easier to just to continue rather than face the discomfort of taking an honest look? I create a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space where you can just focus on yourself and create the clarity to design the life you really want.
My job is NOT to tell you what to do. This would be the very antithesis of what I want this process to be about - empowerment to own your life and live it the way you want.
My job IS to walk the journey with you. My role includes supporting you to:
Explore what it is that you truly want and what you value most in your life.
Identify, question and challenge any limiting beliefs that are holding you back
Rewrite the scripts that you have come to believe about yourself and the world. The scripts that are keeping you stuck.
Form decisions and create actions that excite you and align with your values
Increase your sense of self-trust and confidence
Set healthy boundaries around relationships and how you spend your time. This doesn’t mean that you just do whatever you want, whenever you want but that you fulfil your needs so that you can be the best person for these relationships.
As someone who has (and continues to) learn and grow, I know that the journey has it’s highs and lows. I won’t pretend to know your exact challenges but I know how change feels and I want to walk beside you as you navigate your own road - celebrating the highs and helping you push through any obstacles.
HOW I WORK
I work one-to-one with my clients mostly via Zoom video conferencing. This means that it doesn’t matter where you are based - we can still see each other and create an effective coaching relationship
Before working with any client, I always offer a free no-obligation call. This allows us to personally connect and for me to understand more about what you hope to achieve so I have insight into how I might best support you. Likewise it gives you a chance to get to know me and ask any questions so that you feel completely comfortable.
I only work with people that are really ready and committed to change. I understand that every client is different in terms of their needs and we will discuss this on our call. However, in my experience, it takes time to change. This may strike a chord with those who have tried repeatedly to experiment with self-development, only to lose hope when you don’t feel any change. I want you to really make a difference to your life. For this reason I only work with clients who are prepared to commit to minimum of 6 sessions over 3 months.
